 The travel time from Ottawa to Thialand is 27 hours - we went through the crazy security of USA in Ottawa – I know, not Chicago (customs and everything)...no body scan, Jon got a ‘good’ pat down though.  Flew in to Chicago "old school" and disembarked on the tarmac.   We also had to change terminals - easy - but I was freaking out that we were going to be late.  Left Chicago, on the 14 hour flight, not that bad.  We flew Korean Air, watched a lot of movies, and tried not to sleep - I think we got 2 hours each.  The stewardesses were slender, kind, and very pretty. We actually ate ice cream on the plane.  We landed in Seoul South  Korea - BEAUTIFUL airport!!    Great flight! Soon we were off to Chaing Mai.  I think we ROCKED!!!
